Deplify Terms of Service

Introduction

Welcome to Deplify! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Deplify’s platform as a service (PaaS) for deploying software to your own AWS account. By accessing or using Deplify, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our platform.

Using Our Services

Deplify offers a platform to help software companies deploy to their own AWS account. We offer both free and paid tiers of service. By using our services, you agree that:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your AWS account and any credentials associated with it.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using Deplify.
• You will not use Deplify for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to hacking, data scraping, or unauthorized access to third-party systems.

Account Registration

To use Deplify, you must create an account. When you create an account:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Free and Paid Tiers

Deplify offers both free and paid tiers of service:

• Free Tier: The free tier provides limited access to Deplify’s features. Usage limits may apply, and certain premium features may not be available.
• Paid Tier: The paid tier provides access to additional features and higher usage limits. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Payment terms and conditions will be provided during the sign-up process.

Subscription and Payment

If you subscribe to the paid tier, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees associated with your subscription.
• Keep your payment information up-to-date.
• Provide Deplify the right to charge your payment method for any ongoing subscriptions or usage fees.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we make changes to our pricing, we will notify you in advance.

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation instructions. Upon cancellation:

• Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
• No refunds will be provided for partial months of service.

Deplify reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, including for any violation of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality provided by Deplify, including but not limited to software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and code, are the intellectual property of Deplify and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use or reproduce any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Deplify is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We make no warranties, express or implied, about the platform’s reliability, availability, or performance.
• Deplify is not responsible for any loss or damage that may result from your use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, security breaches, or interruptions to service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Deplify, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or any violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

Deplify reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through our platform. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
